DEEP STAIN REMOVER FAQs
How do I remove general stains?
Spray until saturated, wait at least 30 minutes, rinse or launder as normal.
How do I remove old, aged, dried stains?
Spray the stain until saturated, agitate the fabric with a toothbrush or stain remover brush (available on Amazon), wait at least 8 hours (the longer the better), launder with hot water and use 1-2 extra rinse cycles. Repeat up to 2 times, if necessary. This is the most potent laundry stain remover on the market. Our founder had the previous leader in the space (Puracy Stain Remover) and this one has a more potent blend of enzymes and surfactants. If this doesn’t get it out, nothing will.
Will this damage fabrics?
ALWAYS TEST FOR COLOR-FASTNESS TO ENSURE IT DOESN’T DAMAGE (our lawyers made us put this in here)
But, it shouldn’t damage fabrics. The active ingredients are mainly enzymes, not oxygen bleach. Enzymes work like the enzymes in your body do. They chemically break down the stain source and the surfactants rinse them away from fabric fibers. The exceptions are wool, silk, and rayon. Because these are delicate natural fibers, you cannot leave this on for more than 10 minutes before rinsing. That said, it is much easier to remove stains from those two fabrics, so you should be fine. The last concern is with organic dyes or cheap clothing – both with cotton-based fabric. These two examples tend to bleed easily and we suggest treating a small area before moving onto a larger area.
Can I use this without rinsing?
No. There is such a high concentration of active ingredients in this product that you absolutely have to rinse it off. Throwing it in the washing machine is easier and we suggest that route.
Can I use this on carpets, rugs, couches, and other non-laundry fabrics?
Yes, as long as they are safe to get wet. You will have to rinse them and you should always test a small area to make sure you are getting the results you want before you tackle the whole thing.
When do I use Stain Remover vs. Spot Cleaner?
Instant Spot Cleaner is ideal for fresh stains (same day), while Deep Stain Remover tackles older, set-in stains or deeper messes. Start with the Spot Cleaner—it’s effective for most stains and can be used up to 3 times. If the stain persists, move on to the Deep Stain Remover for a more powerful solution.

LIQUID LAUNDRY DETERGENT FAQs
How do I do laundry?
In a pinch? 10 pumps, Normal/Regular setting. Permanent Press to Dry.
Want bedroom brownie points? Separate lights and darks. Inside out denim. Pre-treat nasty stains (skid marks, blood, red wine, pits, crotch area of gym shorts, etc.) with DadMode Deep Stain Remover. 10 pumps of DadMode Laundry Liquid Detergent, warm water Normal load, Extra Rinse. Permanent Press Dry.
How do I fold the clean clothes?
We believe that if you wash the laundry, someone else has to fold them. If you are hellbent on this, see this YouTube video.
What do I do about stains?
While this will remove a lot of stain sources, due to the 7-enzyme formula, we recommend pretreating with DadMode Deep Stain Remover first. This will ensure that ALL stains are gone.Once you have a few loads under your belt, you will start to get the hang of what needs to be pretreated and what doesn’t.
How do I get the funk/odor/smells out?
Due to the inclusion of our new enzyme, Nuclease, this should take care of the funk on its own. Be sure to dose correctly and put a normal size load in your washer (about ¾ full). If you have a piece of clothing that makes you go “holy s#iT” when you put your nose up to it, pretreat with DadMode Deep Stain Remover first. This is usually true for gym clothes, sports gear, underwear crotch areas, and pit areas on well used shirts.
Can I use fabric softener?
You shouldn’t. Both liquid softener and sheets are garbage. They are bad for your clothes, skin, and the environment. Our detergent has no additives, fillers, dyes, or other ingredients that don’t belong. Our detergent will rinse completely, even in hard water. If you’ve been using softener for a while, you’ll notice your clothes will be fluffier after a couple of washes with DadMode Laundry Liquid Detergent.
Can I use bleach?
You shouldn’t. Bleach is bad for the environment and your clothing fibers. If you are looking to sanitize, deodorize, or brighten, simply pre-treat with DadMode Deep Stain Remover, wait 8 hours, use 10 pumps of DadMode Laundry Liquid Detergent, wash on a Hot Setting, Heavy Soil, Extra Rinse. The enzymes in the stain remover and detergent will be given maximum efficiency in this example. Your laundry will come out fresh, clean, and soft.
Any other tips and tricks?
Clean your High Efficiency filter every 2-4 weeks. Clean the rubber gasket around the opening of the High Efficiency machine once a month with DadMode Deep Stain Remover and a microfiber cloth. Leave your High Efficiency machine door cracked open when not in use, to prevent mold and mildew. These three steps will ensure your machine is running in peak condition.

INSTANT SPOT CLEANER FAQs
Why would I use this instead of the Deep Stain Remover?
This is for fresh, light, or small stains. We feel it is best to try this first, since it doesn’t require rinsing or laundering. Simply saturate the stain, wait at least 10seconds, and gently rub with a clean microfiber cloth. If you notice the stain is lifting, repeat until the fabric is clean.
What can I use this on?
This is highly effective and very safe. You can use this on any fabric that can get wet. It doesn’t matter how long you leave it on as it won’t damage any fibers. It is designed to quickly break down and lift stains. The microfiber towel absorbs the stain.
What can’t I use this on?
You can use it on any non-human surface. It is really only made for fabrics.
Can I spray it on clothing if someone is wearing it?
In a pinch, sure. Our lawyers are cautioning us not to say this, but the truth is – we’ve tested it. Just make sure to spray gently as it’s not good to get the liquid directly in your eyes, nose, or mouth.
Will this remove red wine from a white linen couch?
Yes. Actually, it’s one of the core reasons we created it. Our founder’s wife drinks red wine and likes to talk with her hands.
How does this compare to Folex?
We used Folex as the benchmark for performance and beat it in all the most common stain sources. We differ in that we disclose the full ingredient list and over 95% of them are from plant and mineral sources.
What is the most effective way to use this?
Remove any solids from the fabric surface. Spray the product on the stain until it is saturated. Wait 1 minute. Gently rub with a microfiber cloth. You should see the stain lift into the microfiber cloth.

EVERY SURFACE CLEANER FAQs
What is the best way to clean countertops?
First, remove all solids (crumbs, clumps, debris) with a bench scraper. Next, spray the surface thoroughly. Wait 10-30 seconds. Use a clean, folded microfiber towel and wipe the surface until almost dry.
Is this product safe to use on surfaces (e.g. cutting boards, high chairs)?
Yes, when used per instructions.
Is there more than one spray setting?
Yes, there is a Spray (wide pattern) and a Stream (water pistol) setting. Please turn the nozzle until you get to the desired setting you want.
How do I clean without getting streaks?
Only work on a surface that is out of the sun and cool to the touch.
- First, remove all solids (crumbs, clumps, debris).
- Next, spray the surface thoroughly. Wait 10-30 seconds. Use a clean, folded microfiber towel andwipe down with overlapping passes.
- While still wet, flip the towel to the dry side and do the same.
Note: This product is designed to have some bite, yet finish clean. It will never be a degreaser (heavy duty cleaner) nor will it be a glass cleaner (no bite, all about finishing clean). You may need to follow with a glass cleaner or a clean microfiber cloth that’s lightly dampened with water in order to get it perfectly clean.
How do I deep clean with this?
- First, remove all solids (crumbs, clumps, debris).
- Next, spray the surface thoroughly.
- Wait 2 minutes. Use a clean, folded microfiber towel and wipe the surface until almost dry.
- Stubborn areas may require a second application.
Do you offer refills?
Yes! Refills are available here!
Why are the refills smaller than the bottle?
After lots of surveying, we realized that people didn’t love refilling (vs. buying a new bottle) but understood its better for the environment.
Therefore, we found that providing a single-use refill would be best. It is lightweight, inexpensive, and still has the environmental impact of a larger refill, which is much better than buying more bottles.
Lastly, it’s rare for you to finish 100% of the liquid before refilling. Because of that, we wanted to factor in for a couple of ounces leftover so you didn’t overfill and spill. In the end, it’s all about the customer experience.
