When you sign up for a subscription, we’ve got your back with automatic deliveries on the schedule you choose. No more running out of the stuff you need to keep the house running like a well-oiled machine.

• Payments: Your payment method is stored securely, and we’ll give it a little nudge for each delivery—unless you’ve paid in advance like the organized dad you are.
• Auto-Renewal: Some subscriptions renew automatically when they’re up. If you’re done with the subscription life, just cancel anytime.
• Managing Your Subscription: Need to make changes or hit the brakes? Check your order confirmation email—it’s got all the links to manage your subscription with zero hassle.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are like calling dibs on a product before it officially lands in our warehouse.

• Payments: Depending on the product, we might take no payment, a deposit, or the full amount upfront. If you put down a deposit, we’ll charge the rest when your order ships.
• Cancellation: If it hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel your pre-order. Once it’s on its way, cancellation is off the table—but check our Returns Policy for refund options if needed.
