Satisfaction, Without the Send-Back

Hey Dad, we know you're busy. So, if one of our cleaning products didn’t quite live up to the hype, don’t worry—you won’t have to jump through hoops to make it right.

 

1. Let’s Fix It First

Before anything else, shoot us a quick message at support@GoDadMode.com and let us know what didn’t go as planned. We’ll work with you to make things right and give our R&D team some good feedback (they love hearing from real dads who aren’t afraid to tell it like it is).

2. Help Us Get Better

We’re on a mission to make DadMode the ultimate cleaning arsenal, and we can’t do that without honest feedback. So, if something didn’t work out, let us know what went wrong. Tell us everything—whether it left streaks, had a scent your toddler didn’t approve of, or anything else. Your input helps us keep leveling up.

3. No Need to Ship It Back

Trust us, we don’t want you wasting time on packaging up a bottle and standing in line. Consider it our gift to you. And hey, if the product isn’t a fit for your household, pass it along to another dad who might need it. Sharing is caring.

4. Refunds & Resolution

If we can’t solve the issue after working together, we’ll send you a refund or store credit—your call. No returns necessary, just our commitment to getting things right.

5. What’s Covered

This policy applies to all DadMode products, but keep in mind, it’s best for recent purchases. If you’ve had it kicking around for six months, well, that’s on you, Dad.
