OVERVIEW

We’re here to make sure your DadMode cleaning supplies reach you quickly and safely. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process, from how much it costs to where we deliver. If anything is missing, reach out to our support team—we’re here to help.

1. Shipping Rates & Times

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Standard Shipping: $9.99 for orders under $35. Free for orders over $35.
   Estimated Delivery Time: 3-4 business days

Note: All orders are processed within 1 business day. Shipping times are estimates and do not account for possible carrier delays. These are pessimistic estimates as us dads prefer to under-promise and overdeliver. 

2. Order Processing Times

• Same-day order cutoff is 1 PM ET.
Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will begin processing the next business day.

We work hard to get your order out the door fast because we know no dad likes waiting around.

3. Shipping Notifications & Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send a confirmation email with tracking details. Feel free to follow along as your order makes its way to you—track it, refresh, and get excited!

4. International Shipping

At the moment, we only ship within the U.S. If you’re outside the U.S. and still want to experience DadMode, check out our Amazon store and see if they’ll make it happen. We’re working on expanding our online and offline presence so we can reach more dads around the globe. To help this move faster, send support@godadmode.com a note with a request for our products and note your location. 

5. Issues with Delivery

We want your DadMode gear to arrive in perfect shape. If you experience any issues, like a delayed or lost package, please reach out to us at support@godadmode.com within 7 days of your expected delivery date. We’ll work with you and our carriers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Shipping Address Changes

Once an order is placed, we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to the shipping address. If you need to make a change, contact us at support@godadmode.com as soon as possible. Once a package is in transit, changes may not be possible, but we’ll do what we can!

7. Returns & Exchanges

For returns, refunds, or product issues, please refer to our Return Policy. We don’t require returns for product issues; instead, let us know what went wrong, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
